Size Small is 11 inches wide across the middle and roughly 5 ¾ inches tall when rolled up, 10 inches flat. The hat circumference is roughly 22.5-23 inches. 6'1/4 to 6'1/2 cap size.
The youth age 7-8 model is wearing Small with dreadlocks inside, one fold over at the bottom. This size is ideal for those without dreadlocks, or a bald head.
Size Medium is 11.5-12 inches wide across the middle, roughly 5 ¾ inches tall when rolled up, 10 inches flat. The hat circumference is around 24-24.5 inches.
The adult model is wearing the Medium. ***Medium is the average adult size with dreadlocks.***
Size Large is 13.5 inches wide in the middle, and 5 ¾ inches tall. Hat circumference is between 25-26 inches. I deal for this with a large head circumference and thick hair.
Consider measuring BOTH your hairline circumference AND your forehead to back of head circumference as shown in photo.
Machine wash separate warm in garment bag, tumble dry low or line dry.
